We can accommodate 90 to 96 Shooters.
Practice Range: Lighted 40 foot Covered Shooting Line with shooting benches and picnic tables.

10 foot X 16 foot Storage building for targets and equipment.
3 each, 30 Amp RV hook-ups and 1 each, 50 Amp RV hook-ups

What To Bring & Not Bring
What to Bring:
- The obvious things, like:
- Air rifle and air pistol.
- Pellets.
- CO2, air tank or pump, and filling probe.
- Your bum bag.
- The numbers for your scope.
- Your gun tote.
- Any tools you might need to work on your equipment.
- A folding chair.
- Comfortable walking or hiking shoes.
- A water bottle or other drinks. No alchohol on the firing line or during the matches.
- Sun screen during the summer months.
- A lunch when lunches are not provided for the match.
- A hat as the sunshine is Strong!
- A jacket for the winter shoots, December - February.
- Short sleeves and shorts for summer months.
- Bug spray helps sometimes if the bugs get bad, usually they are not.
- A camera is optional.
- A spotting scope may help when sighting in.
- A few sand bags if needed to sight in.
- Safety glasses are suggested, but not required.
- Hearing protection is optional as most airguns are pretty quiet.
- A good sense of humor, PLEASE DO NOT leave it at the front gate or in the car.
- Lots of good luck and good weather are also nice to bring along.
What NOT to Bring:
- No unattended children. Attended children, family and friends are fine to bring along.
- No pets.
- No boom boxes or portable stereo systems; iPods are fine.
- No fireworks.
- No foul language.
- Please leave bad tempers at home.
- No firearms without prior match director approval.
Yegua Airgun Club History
The Yegua Airgun Club is located north of the Yegua Creek, near Somerville, Texas. Yegua Creek flows east as part of the Burleson county line for almost thirty-one miles, to its junction with the Brazos River in southeast Washington County. Yegua Creek is believed to be what Alonso De Leσnqv called the San Francisco stream in 1690.
Where To Stay
There are just a few camper spaces on the Yegua grounds with electrical hookups only, no water. Please call ahead for availability if you are bringing a camper (979) 255-8324.
